About the Practice:

Full and part-time positions - must be board certified

Available shifts include 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts

Case mix includes GI, Plastics, Urology, General, ENT, Peds, Ortho and Ophthalmology

Competitive compensation package includes:

Salary commensurate with experience - $200K+ for experienced CRNAs

Signing incentives up to $80K

PTO bridging based on years of experience

5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance

6 paid holidays

Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability

Retirement plan with WellSpan contribution up to 6%
