A community of 500K+ people located in the Central California Valley needs a full-time Family Medicine MD/DO to work in an all-outpatient setting alongside 2 other Physician's and 2 NP's. This community is just 2 hours from Los Angeles with a cost of living that is much lower. There is also an option to work with Spanish-speaking patients from an underserved background in a separate but nearby clinic, if desired.

The Position:

• Practice alongside 2 Physician's and 2 NP's, average patient volume of 18-20 per day

• Have your own dedicated MA and Scribe

• Outpatient only, 4-day work week

• Option to work with a large Spanish-speaking population, if desired

• Compensation package includes a Base Salary salary of $280K with a yearly Retention Bonus of $30K- Guaranteed income of $310K before production
