Will provide coverage for the Geriatric Psych units at Woodridge and Sycamore Shoals

7 on/7off rotation may also be needed to provide adult psych coverage in other units

Call will be required - 1:6 night call coverage for Woodridge and New Leaf at Sycamore Shoals

Will provide inpatient consult coverage at Sycamore Shoals.

Location: Woodridge Hospital

Coverage: Psychiatrist would primarily cover Woodridge Hospital and help with consults at other facilities.

Team: PMHNP’s on staff to assist on the unit and to see adult consults.

Social Workers/ Therapist onsite

Treatment Team done daily

RN/LPN/ Tech staff

Nurse Manager on both units

Hours/Day: 8-Hour day, can begin at 8am or 9am. 8-5 or 9-6.

2nd certs (CON’s) during call: 2nd certs are required for any TN admissions which are involuntary, these are done via laptop or tablet and secure portal. Details listed above.

Unit demographics: Gero-psych patients

Main diagnosis: bipolar, schizo affective disorder, secondary detox, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideations.

Availability: Immediately.
