Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Neurologist to join the Department of Neurology, in “Aggieland” College Station, Texas. EMG skills are desired.

Position Highlights

Join an established general neurology practice to provide general neurological care to patients.

Subspecialty interests may be considered if there is willingness to see general neurology patients.

There are currently 3 neurologists in the department who practice general neurology and 1 neurologist has a focus on epilepsy care, in addition to seeing general neurology patients.

The work setting is outpatient only. No call or inpatient work is involved.

The clinic schedule is Monday through Friday.

Acute strokes are handled by the regional tele-stroke team.

There is a full- service neuro lab with EMG, EEG, and NCV capabilities, while continuously developing additional EEG services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate Degree in Medicine

Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
