Our complex and diverse patient population requires a compassionate, flexible, and self-motivated individual with demonstrated clinical judgment and in-depth practice experience. Requirements include an unrestricted Washington medical license, US board eligibility/certification, and a DEA certificate.

Possess strong leadership abilities

Willing to serve as a liaison between Northwest Eye Surgeons and the optometry community

Demonstrate interpersonal written and oral communication skills

Support esprit de corps as a team member of professional staff

Demonstrate interest in organizing and providing continuing education (lecturing) to local and state optometry groups as a representative of Northwest Eyes Surgeons

Interest in practicing Ophthalmology at the highest standard by staying abreast of new technologies and practice patterns
