Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O.

Completion of an AOA or ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program

Missouri Medical License

DEA certificate

Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Basic computer literacy, experience and proficiency with EHR, and timely completion of medical records
