Sign on Bonus for Experienced RN's - up to $10,000
- Mery South - Home Health - RN Registered Nurse
- Part Time (24 hrs/week), Day Shift
- Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Gas Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67/Mi.

Overview:
Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate and teach patients needs and care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prefer one year experience in a related field.
- Education: Requires graduation from accredited nursing school.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Must be a licensed and insured driver.
- Certifications: BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association.
- Other: A home health nurse manages a caseload of patients experiencing a wide range of health conditions. The home health nurse provides pertinent patient education, treatment, and emotional support to help these individuals recover from injuries and illnesses and/or manage chronic disease processes. The home health nurse demonstrates excellent assessment skills and is technically proficient. Requires ability to anticipate and respond to changes in clinical status of patients. Position requires excellent rapport, understanding, and communication with the patients and their family members. A home health nurse is responsible for communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals in regards to their home health patients, in a consistent and professional manner. Concise and accurate communication and documentation related to changes to medication and plan of care essential.
