Must have active state license

BC or BE required

Weekdays, Weekends, Days, No call, 12-hour shifts, Flexible

ACLS and BLS required

3 - 4 patients per hour

Suturing, EKG and X-ray interpretation required

Credentialing needed

DEA needed
