Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. We are a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California. We are recruiting an additional Physician to join our Primary Care Team. This opportunity requires the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including extended weekdays (rotating).

Development of a patient-centric, physician-led practice model with support staff

EMR and PACS

Outpatient practice and access to 24/7 Hospitalist Program

Compensation package includes:

Initial salary guarantee with signing, transition, and quality bonuses

Productivity incentive (RVU that exceeds guaranteed salary) is earned in lieu of the guarantee

Comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO

Salary Range: $246,755 - $286,681

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
