Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities and requires no direct supervision, able to work alone. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant science is preferred. Experience: Three (3) years experience as Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Specialist is required. One year supervisory or two (2) years lead experience required. Technical Skills: General bench tech skills required to provide coverage in all modalities License/Certification: Certified as general supervisor under Nevada State Board with MT (ASC) or equivalent registration Other: Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide high quality of patient care appropriately (specific age competent). Must possess appropriate people skills, organization and attention to detail. Must desire to act as a resource and provide assistance as required.
