Hospital and Office Based Practice with CARF Certification

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican ( Show Contact Detailsdhmf.org/dominican ) is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) (Physiatry) physician in Santa Cruz, CA to join our mixed office-based and hospital-based practice consisting of 20 acute rehabilitation beds which is CARF certified, in addition to a bustling consult service. Our Group is a physician led, patient centered organization. 1:4 hospital call

Teaching opportunity to precept advanced practice providers and future residents

Requirements:

Proficient in seeing patients in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit and providing consulting services in hospital

Proficient in both inpatient & outpatient settings

Inpatient schedule: minimum one week per month

Mentorship: from established and newer physicians in the group
