Explore a fantastic plastic and reconstructive surgery position available at our quaternary care facility, Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced surgeon who is skilled in all types of reconstruction and microsurgery.
Education, training and experience required:
Completion of an accredited surgery residency and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery, OR
Completion of a six year accredited integrated plastic surgery residency program
Fellowship in microsurgery with excellent skills in microsurgery and breast reconstruction
Practice experience is preferred however may consider new graduate if case logs produced demonstrate skill set required for this position
Must work collaboratively with other specialties and have a desire to seek out a broad spectrum of plastic surgery cases
Patient focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player

Program Overview:
Aurora St. Luke's Medical center is a busy 938-bed quaternary care facility, the largest in Wisconsin, providing innovative care for patients from across the state and the country
Plastic surgeons provide services to patients throughout eastern Wisconsin and Illinois
Broad spectrum of cases including all routine and complex plastic surgery and reconstruction such as breast reconstruction (autologous tissue and free flaps), skin grafting, microvascular free flaps, wound care, etc., along with some cosmetics
Will also participate in MDS wound clinic to include hyperbaric, plastics, vascular and ortho
All equipment needed is available within the suite
