ApolloMD has an APC opp at in our PEM dept located in Columbus, GA, Piedmont Midtown is an acute care hospital that meets the health and medical needs of a diverse community. As one of only six regional perinatal centers in the state, Piedmont Midtown is entrusted with the care of infants from 21 surrounding Georgia and Alabama counties. It also provides advanced emergency services across 13 Georgia counties as a Level 2 trauma center and offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech recovery. It is an excellent facility to build up practices and referrals, and physicians enjoy free breakfast and lunch, along with an electric plug-in for your vehicle. Renovated downtown with plenty of outdoor activities! SEC Football is only 20 minutes away in Auburn, AL and a ziplining course carries you across the state line! Located 1 hour & 30 minutes south of the world’s busiest airport (HartsÂfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport), you can jet anywhere in the world!

Admission Rate: 3%
Physician Daily Coverage: 17 hours
APC Daily Coverage: 32 hours
BC/BE PEM, EM with extensive pediatric experience, or pediatrics with extensive emergency medicine experience
Procedure & Case Logs: Required
APLS or PALS Certified
ATLS required within 6 months for some physicians only
Pediatric Hospitalist Service
Resident & Medical Student teaching opportunities
